Commonly Encountered Problems During
the Ordering Process and Solutions

If your order cannot go through smoothly after
several tries, it may be due to the one of the following reasons.
Please read further for quick solutions.

Problem - Mistyping of your credit card
information:
Check if you have mistyped one of the following:
- credit card number;
- credit card expiration date;
- credit card billing address.
To prevent credit card fraud, we could not
accept your credit card if the address you entered does not
match exactly with the address returned by your credit card
issuing bank.
Solution: Check your credit card bill
to find out. If you have recently moved, please try with the
other address.

Mistyping of your email address: If
your transaction went through successfully and you did see
the invoice page, but you didn't get emails with invoice,
the calling instruction or your PIN number(s). This may be
the reason.
Solution: please email
us. We will email you the PIN number and calling instruction
as soon as possible. We will also update your email address.

All my credit card information is correct,
but it just doesn't work: It appears that a small percentage
of the banks' systems are not compatible with the address
verification system we use.
Solution: If you encounter repetitive
declines with the correct information, please email
us your bank's customer service number. We will contact
your bank to verify your billing address, and then email you
the PIN(s).
For your next order, you can simply email it to us and authorize
us to charge it on the credit card you have used for a previous
order. We will go through the menu authorization process,
but you do not have to.

System unavailable: the system of our
authorization service provider or your credit card bank is
not available.
Solution:
- Try again at a later time;
- OR email
us to authorize us to do it for you. We will send you
the PIN number and calling instruction via email within
one business day.
